Registrants will be emailed a link to access the program.* This progam features a discussion of the basic how-and-whys of traditional neighborhoods, including iconic platting elements like small front yards and public spaces and the design of individual units with an eye on the block-face to achieve harmonious streetscapes. It will touch on various elements of sustainability, OSHA requirements, fire safety, wind load, and other general code matters associated with vinyl siding and trim. Most recently, he has been working with New Urbanist Andrés Duany in the creation of a new generation of manufactured homes. Pagés Ruiz is a consultant to the industry and has helped to lead the industry into the realms of New Urbanism.
