Since the last BQE forum examining the impact of potential rebuilding on adjacent neighborhoods, everything has changed! From COVID-19 and racial upheaval to the economic fallout, almost all of planning and design assumptions have been upended and we must collectively re-examine our basic priorities.

This webinar will review recent work by the Regional Plan Association and others focused on how to plan in a context of uncertainty by examining potential future scenarios. A panel of economic, planning and community respondents will examine these scenarios with respect to future steps for the BQE.
