Workplace culture and a company’s product or service are the top two criteria that potential employees look at when considering joining a workforce.

In today’s competition to retain talent, organizations increasingly appeal to their workforce, make individuals feel part of a community, and express the culture that defines their brand. How does the design of physical workspace respond to these needs? In a successful workplace design, how does the brand build community?

Building upon Parts 1 and 2, Workplace Design Part 3 will present and investigate how, through design, the workplace can be an extension of a company brand and culture while also fostering community. Research and case studies will be presented by a panel representing designers, clients, suppliers, and educators.
