Moderated by Katie Swenson of Enterprise Community Partners, this panel discussion will explore issues of development in small cities across the United States, looking towards the next 50+ years to chart avenues towards greater economic and ecological resilience in the small-city setting. What lessons can we carry forward from the trials of 20th-century urban development? How can communities and local governments best equip themselves to understand and address local needs?
